Exchanges & Returns

At Junary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect.

If a product is faulty / defective, please report it to us within 30 days after delivery. Please provide photos or, if necessary, a video to info@junary.co.za. We will arrange collection and delivery of the defective product and once returned to us, process a refund. 

Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, certain items such as feeding accessories cannot be returned once opened unless defective.
